Stephen G. Egnatz, AIA, Principal
Mr. Egnatz is a Massachusetts Licensed Architect and principal of “Egnatz Associates, Incorporated”. He is the principal in charge of all aspects of project development, a member of the “American Institute of Architects”, the "Boston Society of Architects" and founder of Egnatz Associates, Incorporated. His professional experience includes: building construction, building design, site planning, programming, cost estimating and construction administration. He has built a 20 year client base of builders, developers, public agencies, corporate and individual clients.

Stephen C. Egnatz, Associate
In his 2nd full years with Egnatz Associates, Stephen has recently been promoted to Job Captain and Project Designer. A graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Stephen brings to the design process, exceptional design skills, computer and hand graphics, project management skills and a practical knowledge of the construction process. He is responsible for design of single and multi-family housing, commercial renovations, adaptive reuse, marketing and presentation graphics and is self appointed director of the Egnatz Associates Mountaineering and Alpine Ski Program. 

Joshua P. Egnatz, Associate
In his first year with Egnatz Associates, Joshua has been responsible for site planning and landscape design work. These responsibilities have included single and multi-family housing, retail and mixed use site plans, parking and driveway layouts, site grading, garden design, planting plans and field supervision of landscape installations. A graduate of Cornell University’s School of Landscape Architecture and a 4 year architectural intern, Joshua brings a balance of design creativity, horticultural knowledge and practical field experience to his work.

Allen B. Hagar Jr., Senior Draftsman
A graduate of Syracuse University School of Architecture, Allen has been with the firm for 15 years. His knowledge of how buildings go together, computer skills and construction experience, make him an important part of the project team. In addition to working for Egnatz Associates, Allen is an active docent with the City of Boston, “Boston by Foot” tour group. Allen regularly gives walking tours of the city and has been responsible for the development of theme tours.
